Mermay 2019: Cydney

Mountain ranges may not be the most accessible of landscapes to a mer, but I'm excited to give a little nod to Denver, Colorado (one of my favorite cities—and states!—in the good ol' U.S. of A.) in this MerMay pin-up of Cydney, The Mile-High Mermaid! When it comes to captivating mermaid aesthetics, man, does Cydney d e l i v e r, with embellished shells, glittering jewelry, and colorful tails all key features in her Look™; needless to say, her photos leave me starry-eyed any time I lay eyes on them (not to mention she's a talented artisan of mermaid trinkets; the clamshell [literally] notebooks she makes are all VERY fetch). And, like many of the other mers I have the pleasure of knowing, Cydney is a passionate environmentalist, which, you know, is rather important in this day and age.
