Giselle Philomena

Another day, another drawing--I'm still getting used to how everything works and even had a bit of trouble while working on this one, but am ultimately satisfied (at least enough) with the end results. Am I improving? Stagnating? Only time will tell!
Allow me to introduce you to Giselle, another character from Penumbra, my graphic novel that I'm excited to share more of with you all in the coming months! Giselle is the princess of the forested kingdom of Brumea and the spiritual descendant of a divine creature known as The Great Hind. Tasked from birth to usher her kingdom into an age of prosperity in the wake of the Hind's death, Giselle has been burdened with a great deal of responsibility and expectation her entire life. She finds solace in reading, having perused every book, every scroll, every scrap of paper in the Whispreum's impressive library; thus, she is very knowledgable about a myriad of topics, from science to art to the sordid history of her kingdom and its allies.
