OK, I don't speak Spanish, so forgive me if my revisions to the original meme are ungrammatical, but either way: Happy Thursday! It truly is the best day of the week. It's weekend-adjacent, which gives you an excuse to get started on your weekend vibe without having to wait for Friday (unfortunately, this logic entails that Sunday is weekDAY-adjacent, which is probably why Sunday evenings are never that relaxing to
me). Here's hoping all of your Thursdays are as feliz as mine tend to be!

My friend @blessedpookie and I are both hopelessly in love with Misato Katsuragi of Neon Genesis Evangelion, so it didn't take much convincing for me to include her in my MerMay collection this year when she suggested I draw her as a mermaid... and I couldn't help but include a few of my other favorite Evangelion characters in the mix as well. If the only things merfolk have to worry about are swimming around and looking pretty while posing on rocks, then I'm sure every day is a ¡Feliz Jueves! to them!
