Did you know? You can grow up to be anything you want these days, even a dancing Jedi Knight merman in space. Incredible! Truly, there's nary an excuse anymore not to dream and aspire for a brighter future for oneself, and I absolutely love the way we all can stay connected and share our passions with each other through the gift that is the Internet. Especially during this month of months that is MerMay, I get so inspired by all of the mer-content shared by performers, artists, and enthusiasts all month long that I genuinely start to feel as though I'm living in a dream, one that I never want to end. Thankfully there are still a few days left in May before I have to wake up!

This is a commission featuring the handsome @mer.meric on Instagram, ordered for him as a gift by the equally handsome @redrivermerman whom you'll undoubtedly recognize as the redheaded merman being ogled at by the two sailors in my previous commission—can you even believe how generous that is? I've been eager to draw @mer.meric for a while now and was definitely excited for this opportunity to finally do so!
